EXCELLENTTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nichée dans une ruelle très calme avec service de sécurité, la villa est un véritable havre de paix. Spacieuse, joliment décorée, avec de vastes chambres au nombre de 3 (dont une double), très toutes équipées de leur propre salle de bain privative( baignoire et douche), elle offre tout le confort nécessaire : cuisine équipée, salon cosy avec Netflix, patio verdoyant, piscine entourée de végétation luxuriante et de jolis petits bassins avec fontaines et carpes koï, grande banquette balinaise pour se reposer et transats avec serviettes de plage fournies. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours disponible et très attentif. L’emplacement est idéal : à proximité immédiate de très bons restaurants, cafés, bars, superettes et boutiques. La plage, immense et magnifique, est à seulement 10 minutes, avec de super endroits pour déjeuner face à la mer. Une discothèque est également toute proche pour ceux qui veulent profiter de la vie nocturne. La villa constitue aussi un excellent point de départ pour visiter Bali : à 20/30 minutes de l’aéroport, 1h d’Uluwatu et Nusa Dua, 1h30 d’Ubud, des rizières, de Canggu et de Tanah Lot et autres temples. 👉 En résumé : une adresse parfaite qui combine confort, charme, emplacement stratégique et hospitalité exceptionnelle. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Four of us had a great stay in Seminyak Bali. The hosts were there to welcome us with they keys and there was good security. The villa is located close to a busy street of bars, restaurants and shops, but is far enough away from the street that it's very calm at day and night. Villa Carissa situated in the “downtown” of Seminyak. This villa is very good in terms of design (Modern Balinese), big rooms, well-designed and ideal for spending the day chilling by the pool. The bedrooms are huge. Having a delicious breakfast cooked for us in our own kitchen was a great touch too. This place is great!

Baik dari lokasinya yang sangat strategis, karena bisa jalan untuk cari makan dan hang out di cafe2 seperti Kudeta dll, layanan nya juga sangat baik dan ramah. Saya berencana untuk kembali lagi ke Villa Carissa jika ke Bali lagi.. RECOMMENDED!!

Super bien située au cœur de Seminyak à deux pas du KUDETA beach club et de la boîte de nuit LA Favéla, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de la villa situé dans une impasse loin de la circulation. La villa comporte 3 grandes chambres climatisées avec chacune leur salle de bain. Nous avons séjourné à Bali pendant 10 jours et franchement, c’était le top. Merci à Debie qui s’est occupé de toute l’intendance de la maison avec discression et gentillesse. Nous y reviendrons dès que possible et nous recommandons cette villa sans aucune réserve. Prévoir entre 20 minutes et 1h de transport selon l’heure de la journée pour aller de l’aéroport à la villa.

Our host Dewi was great and always tried to help us, but our experience at this villa was very negative. We kept having running water problems where we had a hard time taking showers and washing up. This was no fault of our host because she did everything she could. The owners tried to offer a free massage when we were checking out instead of trying to resolve the water problems during our stay there. I would rather stay somewhere else that actually cares about their guests because the owners certainly do not. They were hard to contact so please consider another place because you might regret choosing this place like we did. Edit: The owners only messaged back the last day to offer a free massage which is ridiculous. Also it was only me, my wife(who is from Bali) and our son who was staying there for most of the time while my wife’s family who is from Bali as well was spending time with our son before he would be going back to America with me. My wife and her family was only trying to say their goodbyes, but seems like that was inconvenient for the owners of this property. See it goes to show how unprofessional they are and how quickly they assume we were lying when clearly it was stated in the booking you can have up to 7 guests over night. At least Vrbo offer to give us something more than a free massage. Shame on these owners who are full of greed and lack morals. I also included photos of the showers in this Villa that we experienced all five days of our trip there.

The brief power outage, which affected the entire complex, was unfortunately beyond our control, and we apologize for any inconvenience it caused. We also accommodated up to five guests intermittently, despite your booking being for three, without applying additional charges, as part of our commitment to providing flexibility and understanding. Six of us stayed at this place from 16th to 21 September 2024. The rooms were fine and Devi was so accomodative in making our stay memorable . The break fast was served by Dewi on time on all 5 days and was a great start for the day. We were provided with plenty of bottled water + Coffee and sugar . Pool was so clean and well maintained. Water on the tap was a bit salty and was a bit of an irritation on the eyes but was manageable . . All in all we could not have stayed at a better place elsewhere . Location was so convenient too

In Bali, tap water can have a slight salty taste due to the beach's proximity. We've installed three filters to improve the quality, though some saltiness may remain noticeable. Dewi is so friendly and she made the best mie goreng for breakfast. The place is very well maintained. The room is spacious and has a good working aircon in every room.
